In the ideal situation, the interviewer and the interviewee are equally interested in finding a perfect fit. Look out for yourself. Ask hard questions about work conditions, drawbacks, and low points. If asked tactfully and backed up with research, well-directed questions of this sort won't offend a responsible interviewer. GTBIT’s literary society was formed in February 2004.Started with just 6 members; today we have 31 efficient and dedicated members. Helping us turn our dreams into reality, we are constantly supported by many dedicated volunteers who work with the sole feeling of making GTBITians proud. Initially starting as just a dedicated group of students wanting to work to make their own college better, today DLC is a totally recognized and appreciated group of organized yet merry students.
